Danny Starr, who has a criminal conviction in his past, managed to open a nightclub, but is being blackmailed by a corrupt policeman. Every month, Officer Bruno Max stops by the club and demands a bribe from Danny. In addition to money, Bruno often gets “other” forms of payment as well.
