Pay Up Or Put Out – Ray Boogie, JD Phoenix
JD Phoenix has been letting his frat mate, Ray Boogie, rent out his apartment. Unfortunately, times are tough for everyone, and Ray’s habitual late payments are becoming a major problem. So when JD goes to the rented apartment to confront his former roommate and tell him the bad news, he doesn’t expect to find Ray asleep. JD always has to hunt Ray down to pay the rent every month, and today, he took a risk and broke into the apartment, even though Ray was supposed to be at work. Some things never change.
JD would have kicked Ray out a long time ago if he weren’t his frat mate. JD wakes Ray up to give him an ultimatum. But Ray is willing to do anything to keep from losing his apartment. And when JD sees Ray’s big bulge, he decides they can make it work.
