Nathan Daniels, a nursing student, is about to discover everything there is to know about object extraction thanks to Dr. Dominic Pacifico. Nathan, with a lubricated hand, slowly inserts himself into Wrex’s mangled asshole and begins pulling rubber balls and a baseball out of his never-ending guts. Dr. Pacifico is ready to demonstrate some more advanced techniques. He takes off his shirt and inserts both arms into Wrex’s mangled hole until Wrex’s rosebud is leaking from his body. The two doctors eventually push Wrex’s limits until Wrex’s stomach is full and Wrex’s arms swallow two more arms and a fist. Wrex then lies down on the exam table, completely satisfied.
