Making Love With a Real Man – Dakota Lovell, Eddie Patrick
Dakota has a tense phone conversation with his girlfriend. She tells him that their relationship isn’t working because he’s been avoiding her and not being completely honest with her. After a long argument, she tells him that it’s over, leaving Dakota heartbroken. On the other side of the bedroom door, Dakota’s loving stepfather, Eddie, overhears the entire conversation and decides to intervene. He knows that his stepson is also hiding something from him, so he tries to make him feel comfortable enough to share his secret with him. Noticing Dakota’s sadness, Eddie gently suggests that maybe there was a reason Dakota was avoiding her. After some prodding, Dakota gathers the courage and comes out to his caring stepfather. Eddie instantly makes him feel safe and tells him that his first love should be with someone he loves. Stepfather and stepson share a tender kiss, making Dakota realize that he can be himself with his stepfather. Now, it’s time for the boy to let his true feelings come out and let his stepfather show him what it’s like to make love.
