Cash, Cars, and Curiosity – Andy Adler, Ant Vega
Andy and Serena are traveling through Miami when they notice Ant Vega, a strong, fit man, walking down the sidewalk with a frustrated expression. They stop, curious about his situation. “Hey, do you need a ride?” Serena asks, giving a friendly smile. Ant sighs, looking at his broken car. “Yes, my car broke down, and I’m going to the ATM to get money for a tow,” he explains, clearly irritated by the mishap. Serena sees an opportunity. “How about we help you make that money faster?” she offers, gesturing to the van. “We will pay you well for your time.” Ant considers, wary but tempted. The idea of quick money wins him over, and he joins.
Once they’re on the road, Serena reveals the twist: the money comes with one condition – he would need to spend that time with Andy. Ant seems surprised, hesitant, but Serena increases her offer to make it difficult to resist. With the cash amount too tempting to pass up, Ant agrees, deciding to go along. When Andy begins, Ant’s initial discomfort disappears, and the chemistry builds, drawing him fully into the moment. By the end, he’s smiling, pocketing his money as he leaves. “I guess I wasn’t expecting that kind of payout,” he says with a wry smile, heading back down the road with his wallet – and his mood – lighter than before.
